“Salastina Presents” is the core of the Society’s programming: a fresh approach to the classical concert experience, resulting in innovative performances with broad audience appeal. Emphasizing variety, the program features a number of musical works, each of which embodies a different musical style and atmosphere, and each piece is performed by a different combination of instruments. Salastina Presents will often showcase the much-neglected vocal chamber music repertoire. Only one work will be over 10 minutes in length, and the overall concert length is slightly shorter than usual.
